Dear Parents,
My name is Twyla Ballard. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. I am originally from Tennessee and have lived in the Miami-Homestead area since 1980. This is my 31st year of teaching and my second year at Redland Christian Academy.
My goals are to teach your child spiritually and academically. Luke 2:52 (And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.) is a very important verse to me. I believe that growing spiritually and academically is an essential part of life and I also believe that your child needs to be able to get along with others. Because of this belief, I will also be working with the class on learning how to work together by having them participate in several teambuilding activities throughout the year. I am excited about the school year and look forward to working with your child in the 4th grade!
